Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA) for Clis

IMPORTANT: This application is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. By accessing or using Clis (the "Application"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Clis mobile application (the "Application") made available through the Apple App Store. This document outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information, as well as the terms and conditions of your use of the Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you ("User") agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, EULA, and all applicable laws and regulations. Clis (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting within the Application or on our official channels. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Eligibility

The Application is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, illegal, or offensive User-Generated Content (UGC). Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

5.1 Definition of UGC

UGC includes any content that you create, post, upload, share, transmit, or display through the Application, including but not limited to text, comments, images, videos, audio files, links, and other media.

5.2 Prohibited UGC Content

You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or sharing UGC that:

Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or adult content ("yellow content")
Is grossly offensive, violent, graphic, or causes physical or emotional discomfort to other users
Promotes or facilitates gambling, betting, or any form of illegal gaming activity
Promotes, sells, or facilitates the use of illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
Contains political content, including but not limited to political propaganda, endorsement of political parties/candidates, or political activism
Is discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or violates the privacy rights of others
Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret) of any third party
Promotes or incites hate speech, violence, or harm against individuals or groups
Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

5.3 Our Rights Regarding UGC

We reserve the right to:

Monitor, review, and remove any UGC at our sole discretion, without prior notice
Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly post prohibited UGC
Report illegal UGC to law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to content involving child exploitation, illegal drugs, or threats of violence
Refuse to publish, remove, or disable access to any UGC that violates this policy or applicable law

You retain ownership of your UGC, but by posting UGC through the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Application.

6. End User License Agreement (EULA) Terms

6.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application in accordance with this EULA and Apple's App Store guidelines. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Circumvent any security measures or technical restrictions of the Application
Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account
Use the Application to spam, phish, or distribute malware/viruses
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Application

6.3 Zero Tolerance for Misuse

We do not tolerate any form of inappropriate or abusive use of the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, posting prohibited UGC, harassing other users, violating privacy rights, or engaging in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we determine that you have violated this EULA or any part of this policy. We may also take legal action against users who engage in illegal activities through the Application.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Application.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it.
